Zeta Plus, is an electrolyte supplement and its affects will be different for everyone. We suggest a full month before looking for observable results.

Zeta Plus has a slight taste but not unpleasant. To retain the purity we suggest using reverse osmosis water or de ionized/distilled water. Ultra Filtered water is also fine - the key here is removing heavy metals (Cations) which can alter the products effects
15-30ML in a glass of water (1-2 TBSP) is all that is needed. Make it a large glass so you top off your water intake as well!
